CARTEU
Exploring the universe with galaxy maps in Euclid and its synergies with other surveys
Exploring the universe with galaxy maps in Euclid and its synergies with other surveys
The goal of the project CARTEU is to advance the cosmological analyses of the observations performed by Euclid, a space mission of the European Space Agency that launched on the 1st of July 2023 and will observe more than 1.5 billion galaxies. Our team is producing key tools for the science analysis in the essential areas of weak lensing measurements, photometric redshifts, and galaxy selection and detection bias. Our contributions to the organization units OU-PHZ, OU-SHE, and SWG-WL of the collaboration consolidates the Spanish position in Euclid.
